Your Statutory Right to Cancel

If you are a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter). Please contact:

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not any supplementary costs arising if you chose a non-standard delivery option).

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and not later than:

• 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods, or
• 14 days from the day you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicated your cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We may make a deduction from the refund if the goods have been handled in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exemptions from the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery (e.g., drinking bottles once opened).
• Personalised or custom-made goods.
• Perishable goods.
